The Role

As a Start Up Section Lead, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team of Commissioning and Pre-Operations Engineers and Leads to ensure activities are delivered in line with established processes. You will collate and report on progress, identify and escalate risks, and ensure appropriate structure and arrangements are in place to facilitate delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a multi-disciplined engineering team delivering technical packages with demonstrable evidence of success against agreed project schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline.
