About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality support to our EYFS SEN pupils, promoting their academic and social growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a rich and engaging educational experience for all pupils.
  • Support the development of our pupils' social, emotional, and behavioral skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, informing teaching strategies and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children, particularly those with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support.
