Guest Relations Manager Role Summary

As a Guest Relations Manager at Frasers Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our apartment guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. You will be the face of our property, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering gold standard hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the Front Office department runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and customer service, implementing changes to drive excellence.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering gold standard hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
