Outbound Sales Representative

Pro1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team. As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our B2B customers to arrange meetings for our field team.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and engage in business conversations with key decision-makers. You will be expected to make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day and achieve a gross profit target through the meetings you have booked being closed by the field team.
Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and a 2:45 PM finish on Fridays. Full training will be provided, along with 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a pension, a competitive salary, and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to B2B customers to arrange meetings for our field team.
- Engage in business conversations with key decision-makers to secure meetings.
- Meet a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day.
- Achieve a gross profit target through the meetings you have booked being closed by the field team.
- Minimum 12 months of outbound telesales experience in a B2C/B2B environment with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Must have experience in booking appointments.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs with C grades and above, including Maths and English.
