Job Title: EAP Program Coordinator

Division: Uniphar Pharma, a global division operating across US, Europe, APAC, and MENA, bringing a range of pharmaceutical services to manufacturers across the product life cycle.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EAP Program Coordinator to join our global Expanded Access team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals to support Expanded Access programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all HCP inquiries into dedicated program email boxes and telephone lines.
  2. Work closely with the Project Management team to understand the specifics of each program and support with any updates required.
  3. Assist HCPs with queries and escalate any medical inquiries to relevant personnel.
  4. Manage the qualification process as per relevant SOPs and cGDP processes for HCPs wishing to register with Durbin.
  5. Manage HCP and hospital accounts within Durbin systems, liaising with QA/RP colleagues and finance colleagues to complete account setup and revalidation if needed.
  6. Responsible for managing new requests entering the Durbin EAP portal (Uniphi), including assessment of basic criteria for enrollment of patients into each program by their HCP.
  7. Progress approved requests for access into product orders and manages communications with internal colleagues and the HCP customer to ensure timely and compliant delivery of product.
  8. Manage reports and dashboards to communicate on program metrics to internal teams and also Pharmaceutical company clients.
  9. Create and issue invoices for product orders and manages the submission of invoices into hospital and site systems.
  10. Liaison with internal finance colleagues for reconciliation of overdue accounts and incoming invoice payments.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate should be educated to degree level.
  • Fluent in English and French, German, or Italian.
  • Previous experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical customer services.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, namely: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience of ERP systems use such as SAP or D365 an advantage.
