The Role:

As a key member of the Durbin Expanded Access Team, you will play a crucial role in managing Expanded Access programs for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with Healthcare Professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HCP inquiries into dedicated program email boxes and telephone lines.
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to understand the specificities of each program and provide support with any updates required.
  • Assist HCPs with queries and escalate any medical-related issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of Expanded Access regulations and guidelines is also essential.
