Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Academy Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering innovative training programs that empower professionals in the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver the Social Care Academy programs, ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify training needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing outstanding customer service and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
