Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC UK & Ireland. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability, while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other managers to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with company initiatives, policies, and procedures, and apply this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive business results.
