Salary: £25.66 - £33.26 per hour

**Job Overview:**

  • This role involves overseeing and coordinating all recruitment activities within the Children and Families Service to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with the service's protocol.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To develop and implement efficient processes for delivering effective and inclusive recruitment activities, including advertising posts, shortlisting, interviews, and assessments, as well as post-interview communication with candidates.
  • To maintain strong working relationships with senior managers, including the Director and Heads of Service, and the central recruitment team in HR to ensure an effective recruitment program.
  • To deliver the recruitment-related sections of the Children and Families Service Workforce Development Strategy and the anti-racist action plan.
  • To establish and apply systems for monitoring and updating recruitment plans, preparing reports for senior managers on the implementation of agreed actions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification, or equivalent recent and relevant experience.

**Essential Experience:**

  • Experience of working with various stakeholders at different levels across multiple organizations.
  • Ability to develop and operate administrative systems for tracking and managing workflow, collecting and processing data, and producing reports.
