About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Data Conversion Lead to join our team at Prospectus IT Recruitment. As a key member of our Oracle Fusion implementation projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define data migration requirements and strategies, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Fusion.
  • Design and implement data conversion workflows from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar migration tools.
  • Develop and execute data mapping documents, cleansing procedures, and conversion scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the conversion process.
  • Lead ETL activities, troubleshooting and resolving any data migration issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Document best practices and procedures for data conversion, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.
About You
  • Extensive experience in data conversion and migration projects, with a focus on Oracle Fusion and a strong understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion Data Loader or similar tools, with experience in converting master and transactional data for HCM and Payroll business functions in Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a talent for collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
