We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Property Compliance Inspector to join their growing team on a three-month contract, with views to go permanent following this.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to £20.00 per hour via an umbrella company (inclusive of holiday pay).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Logging remedial property compliance works to ensure the organisation's stock is compliant
- Carrying out compliance checks within domestic properties and raising work orders if the housing is not in adherence with regulations
- Completing Health and Safety checks on behalf of the organisation
- Booking in compliance works and updating in-house systems when the works have been completed
- Uploading relevant/required compliance certification onto IT systems following works/checks
Requirements:
- Experience within property compliance
- Full UK driving licence
As a Property Compliance Inspector with James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions), you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable Social Housing Association and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
The role offers flexible working days and a competitive hourly rate.
