About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our Production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building complex systems and sub-assemblies to high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and excellent technical skills, including machining, vacuum and pneumatics, pipe bending, and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building systems and sub-assemblies to meet customer specifications and ISO standards
  • Identifying and resolving build problems
  • Reporting technical issues and maintaining records
  • Maintaining technical competence through training
  • Providing guidance and training to less experienced technicians

You will work on a rotating shift pattern, with 4 shifts of 8 hours and one of 5 hours per week. We offer a competitive starting salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.
