About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As the primary point of contact for our Pallet Networks site in Cullompton, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily service reports and participate in daily/weekly conference calls with customers.
  • Process customer invoices and input invoice data on various systems.
  • Manage customer relationships and associated administrative duties, including responding to queries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Produce KPIs and daily statistics.
  • Investigate and resolve stock issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the vehicle maintenance team and plan vehicle servicing and defect repairs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
