About the Role

This Clinical Assistant Role at Digitaltidewave is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a difference in patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting qualified nurses with patient transfers and driving ambulances as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing physical interventions to support patient care is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Driving ambulances as required is an essential part of this job.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure effective patient care delivery.
  • Complete accurate paperwork for informal patients in a timely manner.
  • Provide crisis intervention for patients with mental health difficulties.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Foster positive working relationships with staff and patients.
  • Report accidents and incidents in accordance with company policy.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and reviews to stay updated on best practices.
  • Carry out tasks reasonably delegated by management.
