Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with NVQ 3 qualifications to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical-related issues and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • NVQ 3 qualification in Electrical Maintenance Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, including shift allowance.
  • Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
  • Monday to Friday working schedule.
  • Bonus included.
