Job Title: Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Manager to oversee the care and wellbeing of children within our facility in East Midlands.

About the Role:
  • Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a nurturing environment for children aged 8-17 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Evaluate and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a role relevant to supporting children in a residential setting, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • 2 years' experience managing a team in a residential home for children or young people, with a proven track record of success.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce and LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Good or Outstanding grade within recent Ofsted Inspections.
