We are currently recruiting a number of experienced and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers in a Residential Service for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
The service is located in the heart of Bristol and supports adults aged 18+. We are looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care to residents as well as supporting them in a wide range of learning, development, and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips, and fun social occasions.
Key responsibilities include working 1:1 with a resident on each shift, following care plans for each individual, and taking service users out into the community. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
