We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team at Completely Care. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Assist clients with medication management and administration
* Maintain accurate records of client care and support
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Drive to and from client locations, using a reliable vehicle
**Requirements:**
* Experience working in a care setting, preferably as a Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Worker
* Valid UK driving license
* Registered with Social Care Wales
* Mandatory training completed
* Ability to work 2-5 days per week
