Role Overview:
The MDA Sales & Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility for TCL Electronics Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external sales and retailer marketing teams, supporting sales out initiatives, and developing marketing campaigns across key retail partners.

About the Job:
This is a hybrid working role with regular attendance at our Slough office required. You will work closely with our Key Account Manager and Country Manager to elaborate and execute online operation plans for the UK and Ireland markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with external sales and retailer marketing teams to achieve results
- Support sales out initiatives and optimisation at online retail together with the UK and Ireland sales team
- Make detailed monthly plans and review progress for each marketing topic with the KAM

Requirements:
- Previous experience in trade marketing environment or consumer electronics within a sales-focused business or agency
- Experience in CPC Ad platforms and data analysis
- Knowledge of E-commerce and marketing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary: £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
