Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, toileting, and dressing, ensuring clients' dignity and comfort
- Support clients with medication management and daily tasks, promoting their independence and autonomy
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration
- Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments, providing transportation and support as needed
- Valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Basic knowledge of medication management and personal care procedures
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.00, paid weekdays and weekends
- 45p per mile for travel expenses, with paid travel time
- Free uniform, DBS checks, and paid training
