We're seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide quality care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Supporting clients with medication administration
- Accompanying clients on shopping trips and appointments
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
