We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems and Supplier Management Coordinator to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. This is a new hire for the business, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the company's quality systems and conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with policy and ISO accreditation requirements.
- Provide reports to senior management on compliance and make recommendations to improve quality management processes and systems.
- Manage the company's supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes, ensuring suppliers and contractors meet competency requirements.
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to evaluate and check their competency details for compliance with company policies.
- Relevant technical or administrative qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems.
- Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and data management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
