Job Description

They are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio based in the South West region.

You will have responsibility for managing 20 properties, spanning across Swindon to Devon. This role is fully home-based with an office visit once a month, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll be supported by a long list of benefits, including private medical insurance, parental responsibility leave, eyecare vouchers, group life insurance and many more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues as required
  • Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming the work has been completed to the expected standard
  • Submitting and dealing with insurance claims in accordance with correct procedure
  • Involvement in the preparation and management of Service Charge budgets
  • Be prepared to undertake and oversee various projects from start to finish, including management of the Section 20 consultation process
  • Conducting site inspections, actioning anything as necessary
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety / Fire Safety / Building Safety obligations are met
  • Arranging and chairing meetings, preparing required paperwork and booking venues if required
