Job Overview
TechNichols Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled CNC Grinder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and advance their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role
As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for selecting and mounting cutting tools, positioning workpieces, and performing grinding operations. Your tasks will include preparing the machine for grinding, deburring and polishing workpieces to precise specifications, and using measuring equipment for quality control. You will also be required to report any defects or imperfections found during machining or fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Selecting and mounting cutting tools for CNC and conventional grinding operations
• Positioning workpieces on the machine and performing grinding operations
• Preparing the machine for grinding operations and setting up workpieces to precision standards
• Grinding, deburring, and polishing workpieces to bring them to desired shape and dimensions
• Using measuring equipment to check finished pieces for quality control
• Reporting any machining or fabrication defects or imperfections

Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at x1.5 and benefits. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines and excellent attention to detail.
