Civils Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Manager to lead our construction projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and commercially satisfactory delivery of projects, utilizing staff, plant, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver all aspects of our Concrete and Steel Tank products through our ISO accredited quality and safety processes, achieving the highest standards of quality and safety, on time and to budget projects with continuous customer satisfaction.
- Ensure company safety and quality objectives are adhered to at all times.
- Help develop the individuals in the team to have the correct skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the business and allow them to carry out their duties and responsibilities with total clarity and understanding.
- Deliver profitable projects.
- Work within all company processes, policies, and procedures.
- Manage projects and site crews, from ordering plant and materials, to van hire and crew management.
- Prepare and achieve approval of all RAMS and quality documentation with the client.
- Report and manage financial budgets.
- Establish suppliers to projects.
