We are recruiting a highly motivated and caring Hospital Registered Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team at our private hospital in North Kent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans with clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality pre and post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Assess patient needs with empathy and compassion
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with clinical procedures
- Administer medications, injections, and intravenous infusions as required
- Maintain accurate patient medical records on our IT system
Requirements
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 1 year's experience working in a hospital setting
- Previous experience in elective day case surgical/medical wards preferred
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems
