Our 2-year development program is designed to accelerate your growth and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field. You'll work on a range of projects, from thermal analysis and design to testing and correlation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of thermal engineering principles and applying them to real-world projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful thermal design and testing
  • Supporting the development of thermal models and analysis tools
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of thermal systems for spacecraft and other aerospace applications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or C++
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
