About the Role

We are a well-established mechanical engineering business offering a range of services including design, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance Team at our manufacturing headquarters in Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious manufacturing company as a Full-Time Accounts Assistant. You will have the chance to work closely with our experienced team and contribute to the preparation and processing of sales invoices, credit control, timesheet entry, and other key financial tasks.

As a valued member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client/supplier accounts, preparing job costing reports, and conducting filing and scanning tasks as required. Your strong communication skills and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy are also essential.
