Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Delivery Lead to drive a significant technology transformation, overseeing a complex portfolio of technical projects. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery and providing guidance on portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple concurrent mission-critical technology projects, including cloud migration, design systems, and CI/CD.
  • Resource Management: Manage timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery and provide guidance on portfolio reporting.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead and facilitate Agile planning and delivery management best practices at a portfolio level.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of team practices, techniques, and approaches to support delivery.
  • Alignment to Agile Values: Demonstrate alignment to Agile values and principles.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, experience in working in multiple industries or sectors, experience in a technology or consultancy company, and experience of working in the Betting & Gaming Sector would be beneficial.
