About the Company

Roughan & O'Donovan (ROD) is a leading infrastructure consulting firm, providing expert services in planning, designing, and managing major infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead bridge engineers in the delivery of detailed design drawings and specifications
  • Manage stakeholders, including clients and contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge and engineering skills/knowledge of bridge engineering software (analysis and design)
  • Produce high-quality design outputs and reports
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of experience in bridge engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge and engineering skills/knowledge of bridge engineering software (analysis and design)
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
