**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trading Operations Assistant to join our team in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong background in mathematics or physics to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Trading Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating trading platforms, developing insights into customer behavior, and collaborating with traders and developers to improve platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and operating trading platforms 24/7
  • Identifying inconsistencies and errors in trading data
  • Developing insights into customer behavior and market trends
  • Liaising with traders and counterparties on ad hoc basis
  • Collaborating with developers to improve platform functionality

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Mathematics, Physics, or related field (2.1 or above)
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Attention to detail and high degree of numeracy
  • Aptitude for dealing with different time zones and currencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and mature attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend rotation
