We are a well-established financial services company, Castle Wealth Ltd, seeking an experienced administrator to support our growing team. The role will be based in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment and would suit a full-time requirement. Part-time options would also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre and post new business sales processing
- Back office administrative support
- Preparing client valuations & documentation for client meetings
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- Creating/issuing letters of authority and obtaining relevant policy information
- Obtaining illustrations from industry service providers
- Fund switching
- Back office system updates
- Assisting the Paraplanners with designated administration activities
The successful candidate must have occupied a similar role within the financial services industry, ideally with a financial advisory firm, and be capable of handling a high workload. Experience in Intelligent Office, Assureweb, and Financial Express would be an advantage, as would experience in dealing with investment platforms.
Whilst some progress with professional qualifications would be welcomed, this is not essential. What is most important is being dedicated, having a willing, 'can-do' attitude, and a pleasant, team-oriented personality.

Salary £24-£28K + Bonus, according to experience and qualifications.
