About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including peg feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilation care.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with their medication administration and other healthcare needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
