Residential Sales Specialist

Dove & Hawk is partnering with a leading developer of premium residential properties to hire a Sales Consultant in Plumstead. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our client to drive sales and achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-person, virtual, and agent-led property viewings to showcase our premium residential properties.
- Coordinate viewings with our overseas office and China team as needed to ensure seamless communication.
- Proactively generate sales leads through client outreach and agent engagement to drive sales growth.
- Minimize sales cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Progress reservations to contract exchange by handling Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and optimize the sales database to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and keep overseas teams updated on availability and pricing to ensure transparency.
- Develop sales materials and promote developments on digital platforms, including LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness.
- Build strong relationships with UK agents to ensure viewings meet quality standards and drive sales growth.
- Attend sales events and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in the property sector, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills to effectively manage sales processes and communicate with clients and agents.
- Experience with virtual appointments and project management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional with a positive, "can-do" attitude to drive sales growth and achieve exceptional results.
The development is located in a great area, just a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line, with asking prices starting from £367,500 for 1-bed, £490,000 for 2-bed, and £597,500 for 3-bed units. Currently, 173 homes are available for purchase, with over 150 additional homes planned for future release.
Salary: £32,000-£34,000 basic, £60,000-£65,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Hours: 5 days/week on a rota, 9:30am - 6pm
