Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualised treatment plans for students with diverse Speech and Language Communication needs (SLCN). They will work closely with teachers, other therapists, and clinical teams to provide speech and language therapy services to students in small groups or one-to-one sessions. This includes collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and diagnose students with SLCN, developing individualised treatment plans to meet their needs
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students, including small group and one-to-one sessions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff training, and annual appraisals

Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification
- UK HCPC Registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
- Post-registration experience in Speech and Language Therapy, preferably with children with ASD needs
- Knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding Legislation and other relevant legislation
