EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Employer's Agent to join their team in Cambridge. As a leading multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy, they offer a unique opportunity for career progression and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on new build residential and mixed-use projects, ranging from £2m to £50m in value. This will involve:

  • Managing construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Providing expert advice on construction law and contract administration

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MRICS qualification
  • Proven experience as an Employer's Agent
