Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and register arriving guests, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities and services, and assist with luggage.
- Enter all arrivals' check-in and check-out details accurately in the computer system.
- Ensure that the hotel's credit policy is adhered to at all times.
- Make reservations and answer guest enquiries, providing information on hotel services and facilities.
- Perform switchboard duties, answering incoming calls and responding to guest queries.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work cohesively with colleagues and provide exceptional service to our guests. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
