Job DescriptionAs the Fleet and Driver Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our fleet and drivers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Fleet Management- Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of our fleet, including luxury vehicles and motor coaches.
- Ensure compliance with federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations as well as New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain high standards for driver performance, safety, and customer service.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve fleet utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance service quality.
- Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, driver metrics, and operational costs to guide decision-making.
- Handle any incidents involving fleet vehicles or drivers, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Take full responsibility for managing fleet breakdowns and handling emergency situations around the clock.
