Job Title: Associate DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our International Treaty team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement team strategies, identify opportunities for expansion, and manage client renewals.
- Technical Excellence: Design optimal reinsurance broking solutions, negotiate with markets, and create reinsurance documentation.
- Client & Market Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters, and stay informed about reinsurance market trends.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, oversee administrative processes, and support team recruitment and development.
- Proven experience in reinsurance broking, focusing on P&C reinsurance.
- Deep understanding of reinsurance market dynamics and product knowledge.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Advanced understanding of the renewal and production cycle for our clients and prospects.
- Leadership abilities for coaching and mentoring.
- High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
