Role Overview

This Experienced SEN Education Professional role at Uniform Education is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team at an SEN school in Kingsbury. The successful candidate will be able to develop lesson plans that promote student growth and independence, while also collaborating with colleagues to monitor the progress of each student.

About the Role

The SEN Teacher for this position needs to be able to support students from all backgrounds and adapt activities to their level of comprehension. This involves identifying pupil needs and creating engaging lessons that cater to individual requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching primary and/or secondary aged students with moderate to complex needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Create personalized lesson plans to facilitate student growth and independence.
  2. Collaborate with the teaching team to monitor student progress and development.
  3. Support students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this SEN Teacher role, you should have QTS or equivalent qualification combined with SEN experience. A strong understanding of educational theories and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. We offer a competitive daily rate of £180 - £200, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced SEN educators looking to make a positive impact in a supportive environment.
