The Role
  • Estate management of agricultural, commercial and residential properties
  • Establishing and managing farm business tenancies and grazing licences
  • Advising on sustainable farming incentives and countryside stewardship schemes
  • Contract farming agreement and share farming administration including budgets and cashflows
  • Presenting recommendations to clients on approaches to farming and land management
  • Exploring and advising on future opportunities and diversification of land & property
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in rural property/surveying
  • Rural property management experience beneficial
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • Excellent organisational, communication and presentation abilities

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience. Car allowance and discretionary bonus scheme available.
