Data Management Hub Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Hub Team Leader to join our team in central Liverpool.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in the design and implementation of research and data projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of all data improvement and research activities.
- Embedding a continuous improvement culture through effective monitoring and root cause analysis of errors and omissions.
- Upholding high ethical standards and ensuring the team adheres to policies and regulations.
- Handling internal queries and building relationships with colleagues and teams across BDO UK.
- Leading training and development of the teams and colleagues to ensure we are 'Helping all succeed'.
- Supporting in the collection and analysis of data from multiple sources.
- Setting clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, offering training and growth opportunities.
- Being flexible and responsive to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
- Some people and team management experience.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Willingness to get involved in ad hoc activities with a 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and take a flexible approach.
- Familiarity with business applications such as CMS, Workday, MDM, and Templafy.
