As a Learning Support Assistant at Zen Educate, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in an Alternate Provision SEN school in the Exeter area. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviors and a passion for supporting children.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to implement individualized learning plans and behavior management strategies, and assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

- Full UK driving license and access to own transport
