Transforming ESG Reporting

As a member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's ESG reporting forward. This includes preparing the business for upcoming regulations and collaborating with the sustainability team to develop effective reporting strategies.

About the Position

This is a full-time role based in Hertfordshire, with approximately 2-3 days spent in the office each week. As Head of Corporate Reporting, you will lead the implementation of business processes to deliver required reporting and work closely with the ESG team to validate metrics and develop their reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the validation process for the annual report, providing ESG factsheets and other externally published non-financial information.
  • Develop and implement business processes to deliver required reporting.
  • Work closely with the ESG team to validate metrics and develop their reporting.
  • Coordinate with the business to ensure templates are complete and consistent for external assurance purposes.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification in Finance (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Post-qualification experience of 5+ years.
  • Exposure to non-financial reporting, IFRS statutory reporting, and working with external reporting bodies.
  • Experience working in large FTSE or international organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with change management and implementing new processes.
