We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team at Burlock, a hidden basement bar that is a Rum haven for enthusiasts. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the guest experience, handling complaints, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest experience and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of classic cocktails and contribute to the development of new cocktail menus
  • Lead and motivate the Bar team, providing training and support to ensure excellent service standards
  • Support business strategies and contribute to the growth and development of the venue
  • Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all aspects of service delivery meet the highest standards
  • Work effectively under pressure to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
