Your Requirements:
To be successful as a Bar Supervisor, you will need:
• At least 4 years of beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Personal License holder
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
