About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
  • Work closely with account executives and other account handlers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and agree forecasts, targets, plans, and budgets for your area of work
  • Ensure files, notes, and records are clear, complete, and up-to-date
  • Act in accordance with FCA Principles for Business and comply with FCA and internal procedures
  • Assist the wider division and broking team with London Market presence and placing via Lloyds
Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial insurance account handler role
  • Acturis experience
  • Ability to organize self and own work
  • Questioning and evaluation of client needs
