**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Perioperative Care Specialist to join our team at MediTalent, a leading healthcare provider in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus enhancements & benefits package

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recovery nursing and experience in scrub and anaesthetic roles within a surgical setting. They will be proficient in assisting with various surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques and patient safety.

Key Requirements:

  1. Relevant Qualifications in Operating Department Practice or Nursing: Holds a degree or diploma in Operating Department Practice or Nursing from an accredited institution. Completed additional training in surgical and anaesthetic techniques.
  2. Professional Registration: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
  3. Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience in scrub and anaesthetic roles within a surgical setting. Background in recovery nursing is highly desirable, providing comprehensive patient care during the postoperative phase.
