Property Sales Paralegal Position at EJ Legal

About the Role:
EJ Legal is seeking a skilled Development Sales Paralegal to join their team in London. As a Development Sales Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of property sales, handling shared ownerships and outright sales, and providing clients with regular progress reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large number of deadlines related to various transactions.
- Deal with requisitions raised by the Land Registry.
- Provide support and assistance to fee earners within the team.
- Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous Residential, Development or Property Sales experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
- Previous experience working with housing associations/developers would be an advantage.
- Interest in Plot and Development Sales.
