Veterinary Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our veterinary centre in Maidstone, South East.

Main Tasks

This role involves overseeing the smooth running of the centre, including managing staff, budgets, and facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that high standards of animal care and client service are maintained, and for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the veterinary team to ensure that animals receive the best possible care, and that clients are satisfied with the services they receive. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and partners, and for maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in managing teams and budgets. You should be able to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Work Arrangements

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week spread over five days, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
